Frozen

It looks like mummy is having fun. I haven't got the heart to tell her that I am frozen stiff, and my hands are stuck to the see saw.

Lonely park

It seems like I am the only one to brave the snow. At least I have choice of apparatus.

That slide does not like like much fun in this icy weather.

Leaf

Now where did that big leaf go?

It was here just a minute ago.

Matching hats

This is embarrassing, we have matching hats... and we both look ridiculous.

I don't think holding me upside down is going to change anyone's perspective on our fashion faux pas. All it is going to dislodge is my lunch.

Snowy leaves

Daddy loves this time of year because there is so much to do. There is his old favourite game of throwing leaves at poor defenseless me.

Most amusing Daddy.

And of course there is playing sword fights. Gee, I wonder who is going to win this game!!!

Everything is white

Wow, look what happened last night... it snowed.

What a great excuse for a walk to the park.

No I don't think a snow ball fight is funny Dad. Especially when you can throw much further than me...and you got me right in the belly.

You'll keep, just you wait until I am bigger.

Family Album

This is one of my favourite books, there are pictures of all the Whincops..

and even some of me!! (the book says I like lunch, but I like food any time of day!!)

I wonder if there is a book like this with all the McGuires?

Inquisitive Boy

There are so many things to investigate around here; maybe I should take some photography lessons so I can keep a blog of my shenanigans.

Now this looks interesting, I wonder if this is an alternate escape route?

Aerobics

I've finished building, so now its time to practice some exercises.

One and two and...

Now for my arms.

I am going to be buff in no time.

Leaning Tower

That tower is looking good, I wonder how structurally sound it is??

Just as I thought, weak foundations!!

Boundaries

OK, so I do feel more festive, but there are limits!!
C'mon, really, antlers?!

Getting in the Spirit

Well, Christmas will be here soon, so I think its about time to try out THIS hat.

It seems to fit and I'm feeling more Christmassy already!!

Tea Cosy

November is here, so I need to pull out my winter woollies for a while...

I have some trouble seeing with this hat sometimes - which way did you say the Park was Mummy?

More new tricks

Here I am learning to jump.... or fall. It's not that I don't trust you dad, but it is a long way down.

Well I'll be.... you are a good catch daddy. Let's do it again....and again....and again....and again.....and again.....and again....

New tricks

Well look what I found by the back door. This will help me reach the key and get the backdoor open much easier!

Honest mum, I wasn't up to anything.

Would this face lie to you???

Hungry boy

You all might be wondering how I caught up after such a small start. Well, I eat lots of fruit.

Sometimes I don't even wait for food to be unwrapped. This is a packet of plums mummy bought from Tesco. She had wondered where they'd gone, but they were safely in my tum tum. Yum Yum.

The plastic didn't taste so good though!

Fun with Leaves

There are loads of things to play with out here, sticks, leaves...

and lots and lots more leaves. We can have fun out here for hours.. or until Mummy and Daddy get cold.

Durham in Autumn

Autumn in Durham sure is beautiful!!!

Race Car

I think its a bit safer if I steer from OUTSIDE the car.

(Plus I can go much faster...ZOOM!!!)

Reversing

I really need to work on my reversing technique or get some mirrors to help out...

oops, what was that bump?! Did you see where next door's cat went?

Cuddles with Daddy

OK Dad, I know you missed me, but can I get some air please?!

At Grandma Debbie's House

We went to visit Grandma Debbie today (24th October) and had "a ball". (sorry!)

I don't believe it, that's even smaller than our house!

Reunion

Hiya Issie!!!

The last time I saw you we were both in Special Care at Durham Hospital!

Nice to catch up with you and your mum Karen. You've grown a fair bit... but then so have I!

Fun in the Ball Pit

And what better way to finish off our afternoon jaunt than a romp in the ball pit with Catherine?

Resulting in a rosy cheeked, and very happy little boy!

Feeding The Deer

To work off some of that cake, we went out to feed some of the deer

and then chase them across the paddock!

Unveiling the Cake

OK, so things are starting to take shape now...

Well I must admit, it looks pretty good to me. I was worried there for a little while.

Let me at it!!!

Birthday Cake - Take 2

Oh dear, this is not looking any better than the last time!!!

At least Tom and Catherine are here to help run the show!

Tall Boy

They say if you double your height when you're 2, that will be your 'final' height.

If that's true, I'll be around 6 foot (but I wonder if it goes by my height now, or in January, when I SHOULD have been 2.....)

My Train Set

My train set is getting bigger now..

It leaves me in a bit of a tangle sometimes!
