Grandma, you've done this before!

Even with a broken arm grandma seemed to know what she was doing - she must have had some practise somewhere..

Some time with Pappy

Even my great grandfather, Pappy, has more hair than me and he is 82!

Cuddles with Grandma

Poor Grandma has broken her arm, so I don't get too many cuddles, but the ones I do get are very special and I make sure I give her a big smile.

Family time

Mum is smiling in this photo (it must be because I am so gorgeous, but it might also have something to do with seeing all her family again..)

Even though she was happy, she was complaining (a little) about the 30 degree heat - it's supposed to be autumn?! I think she is kind of glad after all that she didn't make it to 9 months pregnancy in the Australian summer.........that must be the silver lining in the cloud (actually any cloud right now is quite a relief).

Aunty Jo

All these people in Australia talk kind of funny, I thought my Mum and Dad were the only ones, but Aunty Jo does too, and she made me giggle. We spent lots of time together at the reunion - she's got a really nice smile and gave me lots of lovely cuddles.

Aunty Lynne

It was really nice meeting my Aunty Lynne (Grandma's sister) at the Hallum reunion. Her granddaughter Layla was born even earlier and smaller than me and so she knew exactly what it was like for all of us.

I am looking forward to meeting Layla cause we have something in common already!

In Australia!!

Wow, that was a long trip! Mum and Dad were so proud of me because I was such a good boy - though they dweren't very impressed with the change table in the plane's tiny toilet cubicle!

I finally met Grandma, Grandpa and Pa at the airport and was glad to see Ma was there as well.
We sat up talking (and giving lots of kisses and cuddles) and I showed off my new smiles.

After all this socialising, I was ready to fall in a heap and looked a bit like a zombie!

More milk you say?!

Finally!! I've been wearing this Tshirt to remind Mum that I'd like a bit more milk and I think the penny has now dropped.

I didn't grow much over the last 4 weeks - for a couple of weeks she was only giving me skinny milk (10 mins each side) and then she tried 30mins on one side (which I wasn't too impressed with, and I told her as much!!), then she tried 30mins each side (which was so lovely and comfy I would fall deliciously asleep) but I still wasn't putting on weight, so now she is giving me 30mins each side plus a 60mL bottle. And wow, I'm in heaven! Lots of time to cuddle up to Mum (she tickles my feet and belly to stop me falling asleep though!) and I'm finally growing well too - I am 8lb 7oz now (3.84kg).

Just in time, too, as we're off to Australia next week and I've grown out of this shirt!
