More Passport Gorgeousness

This is the final take, but we're not sure if it was OK as we still haven't heard back from the Home Office!!!

Its funny looking back at my last passport photo - I've changed a bit!

Portrait poses

We had our own private photo shoot today in the quest for a new passport photo.

Couldn't use this one because you're not allowed to smile(!) and the crease in the background is not that flash either.

and couldn't use this one (even though it is GORGEOUS)

Bed-head

I look a little startled in this photo - can you tell I've just woken up?
This is the favourite toy of the moment (£2 from Tesco!)

Sunshine

It's not a 'real' outing, but its nice to be outside while the sun is shining (all 5 minutes!).

Choo Choo!!!

Mummy is obviously very excited, she mustn't get out any more than me!

This is WAAAAYYY better than Tesco!

Driving...somewhere

We must be off somewhere exciting, there goes the Tesco turnoff!!

It's nice to be together as a family again; I can't keep the goofy smile off my face.

Out!!!

One of my first clear words was OUT...

but when Mum and Dad don't get the picture, I resort to my own measures.

Bouncing Baby(!) Boy

Holly and Jess also have a trampoline which I am trying to get the hang of - learning to jump is on my "to do" list.

Alley Cats

I have so much fun with my friends in the back alley.
Holly and Jess have a car just like mine (but theirs has headlights so they can see where they are going at night.

Fish and Chips

What day at the beach is complete without fish and chips?

It was a nice way to end our day with Luke, Rich & Jane; I hope we can see them again soon.

Boating

We were so inspired by the jet ski we decided to build a boat of our own on the beach at Tynemouth - the North Sea was a wee bit chilly for swimming though.

The Aquarium

I got to see Luke again sooner than I thought - a couple of days later we all met at Tynemouth Aquarium.

We saw lots of colourful fish, hungry sharks, smelly otters and splashy seals. Afterwards, we had a ride on the jetski, which was a great giggle.

Alnwick Castle

After our brilliant day at Alnwick gardens, we went for a walk through the grounds of Alnwick castle - not something you see every day!.

It was sad saying goodbye to Luke, but he assured me he would see me soon.

Very Wet (but happy) Boy

On the Outer

Okay - its definitely a wonder!
Can we get back in now?! How do you turn this thing off?

Piece de la resistance

This is supposed to be Water Wonder 5 but I don't see any water. Luke and I have been waiting here for ages!

Oh, I see now! I'm outta here!!!
(what a bummer that mum missed the absolutely priceless look of shock on our faces!)

Whirlpool

Water Wonder 4 was a whirling whirlpool.

Whoopee, I can see this in my bath any night of the week (though that is the biggest plughole I have ever seen).

It was pretty cool, but they wouldn't let me in!?!

Under the Mushroom

It's not really a mushroom, just Water Wonder 3!
It was the best little hidey house ever! And of course I got a bit more wet...

A-maze-ing Water!

Water Wonder Two is a wall of water you snake your way through.

You don't get too wet unless you fall against the wall (which I did).

Water Wonder One

They do some really cool things with water at Alnwick Gardens.

You can stand in the middle of a ring of water ...

and look through the water like a window.

Tractor Boys

Luke and I had so much fun on the tractors...

and so did Daddy!

Back in England

Well I must really have hit the jackpot - not only do I have my Dad back, but I get to see my friends the Smiths and spend the day at Alnwick Gardens!

Cousins

I'm feeling a bit under the spotlight, but luckily Jack and Indy are here to keep me company.

This photo was taken the day before we left Australia. Its sad leaving because I have had such a lovely time, but hopefully we will be back soon.

On the Ferry

This is surely the best public transport in the world!

Do you think I could fit through there so I can have a swim?

Note the sunglasses AND the hat have both disappeared - still a long way to go with the slip slop slap campaign!

Cool dude

I like the new sunnies Daddy sent me (from Syria), don't you think they make me look cool.

Seem to have forgotten my hat though...

Slip slop slap

With the Queensland sun, Mum says I have to wear my hat all the time.
