Spoon Practise

I'm pretty good at getting the spoon from the bowl to my mouth, its getting the food on the spoon that's the problem - makes for a very slow and sometimes messy lunch!

Anniversary (March 30)

Its Mum and Dad's anniversary today, so we celebrated with a trip to the seaside at Whitby (for delicious fish, chips and mushy peas) and then a visit to the park.

Poor old Dad didn't make it into the photo as he was at the other end of the seesaw taking the pictures.

Respite

Time for a break, thank heavens this backpack thing doubles as a chair.

Mum was a bit optimistic with the sunglasses, its actually SNOWING!!

(You can just see the snow in these photos, but really it was quite heavy - it made our walk lots of fun!)

Hunting for Kites

This weekend we went to see the Red Kites in a forest near Newcastle...

Daddy was very excited to see 3 of the birds flying above our heads!

Another new haircut and some extra walking practice make me look more and more like a big boy.

A walk in the country

Well, its full steam ahead with the family outings; so we went for a walk in the woods in the freezing cold today.
I put on a brave face for the camera,

but inside this is what I really felt like (when I got home I proved that I wasn't just being a sook by showing what a real big-boy vomit looks like)

Beast of Burden?

This pig was a bit quieter than the ducks, I thought he would have been a bit grumpy having us on his back..

Jesmond Dene

Abby came with us to see the animals at Jesmond Dene (in Newcastle)

the ducks are kind of cool, but so is that peacock over there!
