English summer

So, after three whirlwind days of sites, food, heat and harpies in Hong Kong, we have finally arrived back in England. I'm a bit confused, though, someone said it was summer??!!
I probably shouldn't have expected anything else - rain, rain and floods.

It's going to be a bit harder going for our walks, when we need the rain cover and an umbrella just to step out the front door!





Hopefully the rain won't get too much in the way, as I do like getting the ocassional breath of fresh air ...
