My first photo

Well, here I am at 3 hours old; Mum and Dad have named me Dylan James Whincop. I was born on 16th October, 2006 at 9:30pm by emergency caesarian section.

I'm a little earlier than expected (28 weeks + 4 days) and I'm in a different place than expected (Edinburgh, Scotland instead of Melbourne, Australia) but I'll do my best to catch up - first I need to get rid of all these tubes and splints and things because they're a bit uncomfortable(!!) and then I'll just concentrate on growing - I currently weigh 1.125kg (2lb 9oz), a little smaller than Dad's birth weight of 11lb (at 38 weeks gestation!).
